The Virtual AgentTM software and website package, was one of the very first - if not THE first - online estate agents software applications in the UK. It has been updated to the software as a service model so multi-office estate agents can easily manage both their website and customer database.
The software creates auto-emailings to potential customers everytime a new property is added to the database. All property data is exported on a daily basis to the major property portals such as Zoopla, Findaproperty and Prime Location. Rightmove data appears in real time as soon as the website is updated.
Creating QR codes for each individual property and attaching the QR code to the agent's For Sale signage permits mobile users to scan the sign and immediately have access to the property price and full details on the mobile website without having to search the entire property portfolio.
